Terry and Kim, Clarity, fellow GYC members
Rag Doll, Chris and Eden, from Toronto/ Alberta/England joined us too
not too sure what kind of snake we encountered, at least it was not hanging from the trees

Feb 6, 2015
What a good feeling to have the diesel tank once again connected, and knowing that we have a clean tank. And hopefully this was our problem all along.
We spent a few hours filling our water tanks and cleaning the decks.
The winds where blowing too hard for Snow Bird to get off the boat and get to shore without being completely soaked. Joe and I did a walk-about in Marsh Harbour, visited some gift shops and Price Right the other grocery store, our purchases are still small, just some fresh veggies.
We had happy hour with CLARITY, Terry and Kim, and RAG DOLL, Chris and Eden.
Saturday, we moved back out to anchor, then went for a walk to the other side of the island with CLARITY and SNOW BIRD. Some sea glass was collected and a Sea Biscuit for Janine and Kim found a Sea Bean. We ended up at Maxwells Grocery store, then back to our boats.
Sunday Feb. 8
We set out for Hope Town, only a 10 mile trip, but the wind was on the nose and no sails got raised. We found a mooring ball, this is a small area and we are packed in like sardines in a can. SNOWBIRD and MODAKI went for a walk. This being Sunday everything is closed, except for an ice cream shop. Looking around the anchorage and docks, there are a lot of Canadian boats here and we only know a few of them.
We had leftovers of green bean and garlic chicken alfredo, all canned goodies.
Joe and I both did some post cards for family and friends back home. The wind generator is working, we are listening to the I-POD, dinner dishes are done, Im still in shorts, but Joe has got long pants, sweatshirt and socks on. Weather temperature is 65 - 68 F. Another low is coming our way, we will stay put here in a protected harbour until it passes.
…. tomorrow we visit a famous lighthouse, climb two masts, clean boats, make food, post blogs, have a get together with other Canadian boats …
living the life !!!!
