we headed to town to one of the dinghy docks, we actually lock it to the dock, but by the looks of it, who would want to steal a dirty looking one, when all those nice clean ones are beside us
it rained last night and it combined with the high tide, there was even more flooding
sight of the boat show on Thursday
we did laundry and showers, then had another tour of some neat looking streets
a non sailing friend was wondering how on earth we could live in a 9 ft x 30 ft space …... so this is our home for 9 months … the V-berth, and yes we do have to use the duvet in the evenings, I made fitted sheets, and mix the colours up some times, along the port and STB sides is our current reading material, and keepsakes
the settee, has locker space below, that I keep our canned goods, it also has the fresh water tank, the sliding doors above has lightweight food storage, book shelf has current reference material and our log, the other books are future reading material
the table with current maps of the area we are travelling, the back of the table has more storage space, and lockers below, that have spare parts and food, 2 hanging containers have bread and fruit
behind the yellow windbreakers is the quarter berth, and it is our garage, so Joe calls it, motor oil/parts, auto helm, extra wood, survival suits, charts, etc
the galley, with refrigeration, 2 burner non pressurized alcohol stove, sink, and lots of storage under stove for dishes, cutlery, bowls, spices
our electronics, chart table, water containers, garbage etc.
the head with the drawer panel down, first aide kit, toothpaste, shampoo etc.
our hanging locker, across from the head
I love our sliding door to separate the head, from the salon
our cockpit for lounging
solar radio for music … we don't have enough power yet to run the stereo, while at anchor ….
well that's it our "home"
and we have an anchor to secure us in one place for the night
