Joe's son Scott flew in from -25 C , in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to Fort Pierce, Florida, USA and 75 degrees F. for a week
Kennedy Space Centre was their first stop for a day
a swim in the Atlantic ocean was next
a cold drink on the beach with cigars
airboat ride to see alligators
and yes they saw many of them sunning their selves
pelicans at the marina
relaxing in the cockpit of Modaki
next was deep sea fishing … they got to keep a few Yellowtail Snappers and cooked them for supper
the manatees came for a visit, just about every day
a sea turtle was caught by one of the other deep sea fisherman and a lot of care was taken to release it back to the ocean
the week went so fast and Scott was on his way back to Edmonton, and Joe to Owen Sound
