June 14, 2013 ... mast up !!!

before you leave Pointe du Chene Yacht Club,  you blow your horn once or maybe twice because it is an immediate  left hand turn, and you can't see no one coming in.

entering Shediac Bay Marina, a few miles away.  We had scheduled to have our mast stepped, at 2 pm
so we arrived at 1 pm to get everything unwrapped.

we understand this is an old freighter that is used as a break wall

Joe and I got everything  ready for when the crane operator arrived.
This is  the Friends of Shediac Bay, that will assist in  put the mast up.

everyone needed helmets then the work began.  No time for pictures, only work.

how did that happen ... it is up and attached .. thanks to everyone

then we got lined back, so another boat could get the mast up

lined around "Bronte Creek", Gerry and Valerie Lee

this is what I call team work,

Now back at our new dock at Pointe du Chene, a sailor helped us dock and Joe went to help him install the main sail ...
